Society for Promotion of IT in Chandigarh (SPIC India Society for Promotion of IT Jobs 2014) has been set up under the aegis of the Department of Information Technology, Chandigarh Administration for implementing the various plans of the Administration to promote the IT industry in Chandigarh. The Chairperson of the Society is the Adviser to the Administrator.

Candidate should be Graduate with one year Certificate Course in Computer Application from a Polytechnic/I.T.I or Institute of repute, with practical knowledge of Internet. Preference will be given to candidates having working experience in Public/Private Sector Undertaking as Data Entry Operator for a minimum of one year or more. Consolidated salary will be Rs. 16300 /- p.m. 30 Jun, 2014
SPIC India Selection Criteria
- Applicant are evaluated on two parameters i.e. Technical written test which is of 40 marks & Interview which is of 10 marks.
- Technical written test will be of 40 marks and there is negative marking i.e for each wrong answer 0.10 marks will be deducted.
- Applicant who will score minimum 16 marks in Technical test will qualify the Technical test and will be eligible for the Final Interview.
- After qualifying the Technical test, applicant will be selected for the post only on the basis of their performance in Interview.

After submission of the online application, candidate should take printout of the form and attach the photograph and Bank Draft (if any) with form and bring it along with them at the time of interview.
