Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment of temporary technical
post at Directorate of Research on Women in Agriculture (DRWA Recruitment 2014), Bhubaneswar as per details given below :
Technical Assistant Jobs 2014 (Field Recruitment 2014/ Farm Technician Jobs 2014) – Farm Assistant
PB – 1 : `5200- 20200/- plus Grade Pay `2800/-
Essential Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science/ Horticulture from a recognized university.
Desirable :
(i) 2 years experience of working in the relevant field in a University/ Institute/ Council or any other organization of repute.
(ii) Knowledge of computers.
(iii) Experience in working in rural areas
especially with women groups.
(iv) Experience and knowledge of farm operations and landscaping activities.
Age Limit* as on 01/01/2014:
18-30 years and relaxation of age as per Govt. of India norms.
The applications should be submitted to the Director, Directorate of Research on Women in
Agriculture, Plot No.50-51, Mouza-Jokalandi, Post-Baramunda, Bhubaneswar – 751003, Odisha
on or before 9th June 2014 in the prescribed proforma, strictly type-written by Speed Post /
Registered Post.
An applications fee of `500/- (Rupees five hundred only) drawn in favour of ICAR UNIT-DRWA,
payable at State Bank of India, Priyadarshini Market Branch, Bhubaneswar may be attached with
each application. However, applications fee is exempted to the candidates belonging to SC /
ST/ Women.
Applications which are incomplete or defective or with unsigned declarations or without
attested copies of their certificates, without requisite fee (except for SC/ST candidate), i.e.
without proof of qualifications, age and their caste certificate and also not typewritten in
prescribed proforma shall be summarily rejected. No representation or correspondence
regarding such rejection shall be entertained under any circumstances.
The envelope containing the applications form should superscribed clearly with - “Application
