Working experience for a minimum period of 07 years in Public Sector Banks or in a leading Private Sector Banks in officer cadre/ leading Financial Institution of National level/ Public Sector Undertaking, for a minimum period of 7 years.
a. Risk Management: 01 Post Any Post Graduate preferably Mathematics/ Statistics or Any C A, ICWAI or Any Engineering Graduate With FRM qualification or any PG/ Diploma course on Risk management
CAIIB is desirable.
b. Chief Economist: 01 Post Doctorate or PG in Economics & MBA Finance – CAIIB Desirable
c. Training: 01 Post MBA, PhD in any area in HR
d. Information Technology: 01 Post BE / B.Tech Additional qualifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, Project Management Certification, MBA-IT/ Systems, will be given preference/ weightage.
e. Law: 01 Post Post graduate/ graduate in Law. Qualification as a Company Secretary would be an added advantage.
f. Corporate Communication: 01 Post Degree in Mass Communication/ Journalism from a recognized University. Candidates with MBA qualification will be given preference.
Minimum Age Limit/Experience and Qualification: Candidates should have 10 - 12 years. The candidates should preferably have worked in the capacity of Asst. General Manager/ Chief Manager in Division of the Bank for a minimum period of 2 years in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or in a large organization having ERP and other applications with concurrent user base of minimum 10000. Candidate worked in Iflex Platform will be preferred.
