Prepare IT strategy for the Bank aligned to business strategy, Prepare and manage all Board documents relating to presentation and approval, Convene and conduct IT steering committees, define standards for IT quality assurance and lay down testing plan for UAT, plan quality improvements of all IT processes, documenting defects, maintain IT audit calendar, co-ordinate with IT operations group for audit and compliance of the same.
