- Valid Passport Latest Telephone bill (Less than 3 months old)
- Permanent Account Number Card
- Latest Electricity bill (Less than 3 months old)
- Election / Voter’s Id Card
- Latest Bank statement/passbook with recent transactions (Less than 3 months old)
- Driving License Registered Rent agreement (provided valid rent receipt is also provided)
- Valid Arms license issued by state / central government
- Unique Identification photo document (Aadhar) issued by the Unique Identification authority of India
- Piped gas line bill (not more than 3 months old)
- Defense / Govt. ID card (containing full name & date of birth as a minimum) Valid Passport
- Letter from employer for current address, if the accomodation is provided by the employer (only for payroll account).
- For proof of permanent address standard documents prescribed above should be obtained)
- Defense / Govt Id card containing residential address (Not more than 3 months old)
- Letter from ward officer maintaining electoral roll (not more than 3 months old)
