APPSC Applications irt prescribed form are invited from the citizen of lndia for
filling up of 3 (three) posts of APPSC Junior Specialist Doctors(EYE) Recruitment 2014, under the department of
Health & Family Welfare, Gbvt of Arunachal Pradesh in"the pay band of PB-3 Rs.
15,600-39,1001 plus Grade pay of Rs.6600/- PM plus non-practicing allowances as
admissibte under rule. 807.iiof posts are reserved for APST candidate and 20o/o are
unreserved.The vacancy posi,fion is subject to variation.

APPSC AVAILABILTY oF APPI-ICATION FORM :-
Application forms for admission to APPSC recruitment examination of Junior Specialist
can be obtained from the Commission's office ltanagar, on all working days from 10 AM
to 4 PM upto 30-04-2014 onipayment of Rs. 12Ot: only forAPST c-andidates and Rs.
1801 only for General Candidates in cash, No separate examination fee in the form of
DD/Treasury challan will be ltequired along with the application. The examination fee
has been included with the cost of application form.

APPSC ELIGIBILITY:- ;
i
(i) Candidates must hold a recognized Medical Degree. (ii) Post graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned specialty. (iii) Working experieqllce of 3 (three) years for post graduate degree, 5 (five) years
for post graduate' Diploma from a Govt. Health institution or Govt.
sponsored/Recogh:ized health institution is compulsory.

APPSC METHOD OF SELECII|ON :-
The selection will be made through Viva-voce/interview only,However, if
the numbers of applications rreceived in respo-nse to the ,Jr.rtir.r"ni'ir huge, the
candidates will be short listdd: on the basis of marks obtained in screening test in
general knowledge paper ca,r'/ying 100 marks as may be decided by the Commiision.]

APPSC HOW To APPLy :-
Along with the duly filled up application, candidates must enclose the
following documents other wise the application will be rejected.
i. 2 (two) copies ,of recent color pass-port size photographs with self
attestation in the'front size which should be pasted on the space provided
in the application form and attendance sheet.
ii. Self attested copies-of certificates and marksheets issued by the Assistant
Registrar/Registrpri Dy.Controller/Controller of ExaminationA/ice-
Chancellor of the concerned University to ascertain educational
qualification.
iii' Self attested copy of Matriculation Certificate for proof of age issued by
the Board only will be accepted to ascertain the age of candidate.

The last date for receipt of application form by the Commission is 30-04-2014
