Applications are invited for filling up two posts of Assistant as (Personal Assistant )(Grade IV) in the cadre of Indian Legal Service, Group ‘B’, Gazetted, Non-Ministerial in the pay scale of Rs. 9300 (pay scale revised to “Pay Band 3: Rs.15,600-39,100 + Grade Pay Rs.6600”) in Law Commission of India, a Subordinate Office under the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law & Justice on deputation for a period of three years.
Possessing Educational qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
A person shall not be eligible for appointment by direct recruitment to a duty post in Grade IV, unless he holds a Matriculation
Post in the Legal Department of a State” means that the applicant should have experience in the State Government in a post which is not clerical and which requires qualification of Degree in Law for appointment to it.
Desirable: Preference shall be given to a person WITH RELATIVE EXPERINCE
It is requested that the application in the enclosed prescribed proforma (Annexure-A) from officers who are willing and fulfilling the above qualifications and experiences and whose services can be spared immediately on his/her selection to the post may kindly be forwarded to the Under Secretary, Law Commission of India, 14th Floor, H.T. House, K.G. Marg, New Delhi-110011 with- in 60 (sixty days) from the date of publication of this advertisement alongwith following documents:-
