EMPLOYMENT NOTICE
Recruitment of Para-Medical Staff Central Coalfields Limited, a Mini Ratna Company in energy sector of the country, invites application for filling of the vacancies of following Para-Medical posts in Technical & Supervisory Grade:
Minimum Essential Qualification
I. For the post of Staff Nurse in T&S Gr C 10+2 plus ‘A’ Grade Nursing Diploma or Certificate from a recognized institute approved by the Government.
Note: Entry of Staff Nurse with ‘A’ Grade recognized Nursing Diploma or Certificate with 03 years course will be inducted as Staff Nurse and after successful completion of one year training will be placed in Tech. & Sup. Gr.’C.
II. For the post of Technician (Radiographer) (Trainee) in T & S Gr C
Diploma in respective Technology from an Institute recognized by the Government.
Note:
Entry in this cadre will be in T & S Gr. C as Technician (Radiographer)(Trainee) for one year. After
successful completion of one year training will be regularized in Tech. & Sup. Gr. ‘C’.
III. For the post of Pharmacist (Trainee) in T & S Gr C
10+2 with Science and Diploma in Pharmacy registered with Pharmacy Council under Pharmacy Act 1948
with valid registration.
Note:
i) All the Pharmacist must be registered with Pharmacy Council of State.
ii) The Diploma in Pharmacy referred to above should be recognized/approved by the Pharmacy
Council/Central/State.
iii) Entry into Pharmacist cadre will be as Pharmacist(T) in T&S Grd-C and after successful
completion of one year training will be regularized in Tech. & Sup. Gr.’C’.
IV. For the post of Technician (Pathological) (Trainee) in T & S Gr C
Diploma in respective Technology (Pathological) from an Institute recognized by the Government.
Note: After successful completion of one year training will be placed in Tech. & Sup. Gr.’C’.

V. For the post of Physiotherapist (Trainee) in T & S Gr C
Diploma in Physiotherapy from Government recognized Institute (minimum 03 years course).
Note:
i) Entry into this cadre will be as Physiotherapist (Trainee) in T&S Gr.-C for one year. After
successful completion of one year training will be regularized in T & S Gr.’C’.
ii) Entry of Degree holders in Physiotherapy will be in T & S Gr.’B’ with the basic pay of Rs
20552.37 as per NCWA-IX and other allowances as admissible.
VI. For the post of Technician (Dietician) (Trainee) in T & S Gr C Recognized Diploma in Dietics.
Note: Entry of Technician (Dietician) will be in T & S Gr ‘C’ as Trainee for one year. They will be entitled for pay and allowances as admissible in T& S Gr ‘C’. After successful completion of one year training,they will be regularized in Tech. & Sup. Gr ‘C’.
VII. For the post of Technician (Audiometry) (Trainee) in T & S Gr D
Higher Secondary (10+2)/Intermediate plus Diploma in Audiometry from Government recognized
Institute plus 3 years experience in recognized Govt. Institute/Govt. Hospitals.
VIII. For the post of Technician (Refraction/Optometry) (Trainee) in T & S Gr D
Higher Secondary (10+2)/Intermediate plus Diploma in Refraction/Optometry from Government
recognized institute/Government Hospital plus 3 years experience in recognized Govt. Institute/Govt. Hospitals.
IX. For the post of Technician (Dental) (Trainee) in T & S Gr D
Higher Secondary (10+2)/Intermediate plus Diploma in Dentistry/Dental Technology from Government recognized institute plus 3 years experience in recognized Govt.Institute/ Govt.Hospital
Age Limit & Relaxation
The candidates must have completed 18 years of age & also should not be more than 30 years of age as on 17/03/2014.
Application Fee ( Non-Refundable) :-
i) Candidates belonging to General & OBC (Both Creamy & Non Creamy Layer) category are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs.100/- only by demand draft from any nationalized Bank in favor of “Central Coalfields Limited” payable at Ranchi. Name of the candidate and post applied
for should be written on the back side of the demand draft.
ii) SC/ST Candidates, Ex-Serviceman and Physically Handicapped candidates are exempted from payment
of application fee. However, for claiming exemption in application fee they have to attach an attested
copy of relevant certificates as applicable, issued by Competent Authority in the prescribed format.
iii) Departmental candidates & candidates of other subsidiary companies of Coal India Limited fulfilling all eligibility criteria are exempted from payment of application fee. However, their application should be forwarded though proper channel.
Selection process: The selection methodology will comprise of written test and interview. The candidates short listed in the written test only will be eligible to appear for interview.
Written test: Eligible candidates will be required to appear for an objective type written test at any one of the test centers at Ranchi. Exact schedule of written test will be displayed on CCL website (www.ccl.gov.in) in
due course.
Interview: Candidates short listed on the basis of their performance in the written test will be called for interview and the intimation will be given to the candidates through registered post and e-mail.
