1)Director, 

2)human resource development (HRD) & Information education commission (IEC) Consultant, 3)water quality monitoring & surveillance consultant (WQM&S) Consultant

Age limit

Educational Qualification – for 1^st post – post graduate, degree in science/environmental science/HRD/Environmental engineering,

 for 2^nd post – post graduate, degree in environmental science/environmental engineering/HRD/Social work/social science/mass communication,

 for 3^rd post –post graduate , degree in science/graduate in engineering/environmental engineering

Experience- for 1^st post – 15 years in rural water supply & sanitation sector. ,

for 2^nd post – 3-5 years in the field of communication for rural water supply & sanitation/community, health/rural development/mass communication and conducting 

trainings/human resources development related to rural  & community development or similar field

For 3^rd post – 3-5 years , in the field of water quality monitoring & surveillance of rural water supply in NGO/Govt. department

OTHER DETAILS: 

for 1^st post – knowledge  and good understanding  about training needs of  shareholders particularly that of panchayati raj institution/ village water and sanitation committee functionaries.

Coordinate with all key / resource institution for planning developing  training packages

Develop monitoring and evaluation plan ; monitoring and evaluation  formate and mechanisms for HRD implementation and its qualitative impact

For 2^nd – knowledge, ability to use computer; MS office including graphics is desirable

Should have excellent oral  and written communication skills

Should be updated on development issues, social policies

Good knowledge & exp. Of the rural water supply & sanitation programmes, PRI systems, NGO Netwoks

3^rd -  similar as 2^nd post qualities

Remuneration for 1^st post – on deputation / contract 50,000/- to 60,000/- per month

For 2^nd – on contract 30,000/- to 40,000 per month

3^rd post – on contract 30,000/- to 40,000/- per month
