Age limit
Through knowledge of accounting standard and other
pronouncements of the ICAI
The person should have 5-10 years experience in handling
financial matters of government agency/ development authority or public sector
and should be conversant with accounting on an accrual basis, experience of
working in municipal environment should
be added an advantage
Exposures of handling loans for project purposes is
desirable
Ability to work in team and train staff on the job to use
systems or assist in addressing day to day issues
Educational Qualification for Urban planning officer – master’s
degree in planning with specialization in urban and regional planning, or
infrastructure planning with 3-4 years experience or Bachelor’s degree in
planning with at least 7 years of experience.
Adequate planning and implementation experience of various
infrastructure development projects
Experience of working
as a planning specialist (in key personnel position) in at least 2/3 large
infrastructure development projects
Adequate exposure of working in similar reform oriented
projection in key position
Ability to work in team and train staff on the job to use
systems, or assist in addressing day to
day issues
