Graduate from a recognized University.
1. Should have served in the rank of Colonel & above, in the Indian Army or equivalent rank in the Indian Navy/Air Force.
2. Should have retired from military service in Medical Category SHAPE-1.
3. Should be computer savvy.
Important Dates--
Last date for receipt of application is 03.05.2014.
NOTE :
The Chief Security Officer will be head quartered at New Delhi with optimum
infrastructure to work. Further, Bank may also utilize/depute him anywhere in the
country where the bank has its offices.
Pay Scale--
COMPENSATION/REMUNERATION
The compensation/remuneration shall be as under:-
(A) Retired Colonel or equivalent rank in the Indian Navy/Air Force will be
absorbed in SMG Scale-V
Scales of Pay-(36200-1000/2-38200-1100/2-40400)
(B) Retd. Brigadier & above or equivalent rank in the Indian Navy/Air Force will be
absorbed in TEGS-VI.
Scales of Pay-(42000-1200/4-46800
PROBATION PERIOD:
Selected candidates will be on probation as under:
a. Officers: Two years.
b. Office Assistants (Multipurpose): One year
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
selection based on Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS) obtained
PERSONAL INTERVIEW:
Depending on the number of vacancies, Bank will call from among who have applied to bank, the number, equivalent to three times the number of vacancies short-listed based on their Total Weighted Standard Scores (TWSS). Remaining applicants, if any will not receive an interview call from the Bank.
The total marks for Interview will be 30%.

JOB PROFILE
CSO shall report to the General Manager in-charge of Security Division. He will
work as Divisional Head of Security Division and will look after security aspects of
Bank’s premises/assets/systems, including monitoring the functioning of Security
