Advertisement for the appointment of Legal Consultant at NCERT
The NCERT HQ invites applications for the position of Legal Consultant. The candidate should :
i) have obtained a Degree in law from a recognized University in India.
ii) have minimum experience of 10 years legal practice.
iii) have experience in dealing with Administrative matters and matters of educational institutions for at least 3years.
iv) have proven drafting and pleading skills.
The initial period of engagement of the Legal Consultant shall be for a period of one year at the first instance, which may be extended subject to need of NCERT and satisfactory performance, upto a period of 5 years.
The NCERT reserves the right to discontinue the services of the Consultant appointed at any point of time with one month’s notice. The consultant engaged by the NCERT also has a right to discontinue his/her services within one month’s notice.
The NCERT will pay a consolidated (all inclusive) monthly emolument of Rs. 50,000/-.
The NCERT reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof, as well as the right to add and modify any one or more of the terms and conditions.

1. At least three years of working experience in TV/Radio Studio. OR
Three years experience in non-liner video editing.

Essential:
1. A National Trade Certificate in ‘Electrician/ Radio and TV” issued by the Trades after a two year study in an Industrial Training Institute or similar institution of the Central or State Government.
2. Minimum one year’s working experience, after obtaining the National Trade Certificate in operation and maintenance in the production or recording of video and sound programmes.

Important Points--
(i) The above numbers of posts is tentative. However, number of posts may be increased or decreased.
(ii) The eligible candidates are advised to report on the scheduled date at 09:00 a.m. in Room No. 229, IInd floor, CIET, NCERT for verification of original testimonials.
(iii) Candidates not registering for verification of testimonials before 12.00 noon shall not be interviewed.
(iv) Merely fulfilling the minimum eligibility conditions does not constitute a claim for selection.
