APPOINTMENT OF TECHNICAL PERSONNEL ON CONTRACT BASIS
National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS) - Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), a premier research Centre is looking for appointment of following personnel on contract. Selected candidates shall be offered a consolidated pay based on their qualification and experience. The contract will be initially for a period of One (1) year which may be extended up to maximum of three years depending on the performance of the candidate.
1. Engineer (Instrumentation/Electronics/Telecom):
Qualification: I Class Degree in Electronics / Biomedical Instrumentation or equivalent.
Experience: Upto Two (2) years experience in repair and maintenance of electronic instruments. Operation and Maintenance of EPABX/ Audio Visual Instruments/ Access Control and CCTV. Fresh graduates with good academic record are also encouraged to apply. Candidates should have good oral and written communication related in English.
2.Engineer (IT services):
Qualification: I Class BE/ MCA.
Experience: Upto Two (2) years experience in configuring computer hardware including WI-FI, routers, switches etc. software installation in Windows & Linux OS along with maintenance. Knowledge of computer networks, architecture in web technologies and web content management systems is Experience. Fresh graduates with good academic record are also encouraged to apply. Candidates should have good interpersonal related and ability to work in team environment.
Consolidated salary for the above two positions Rs. 35,000/ – 40,000/-P.M
3. Technical Assistant (Instrumentation/Electronics):
Qualification: I Class Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics/Biomedical Instrumentation or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum Two(2) to Three (3) years experience in repair and maintenance of electronic instruments. Operation and Maintenance of EPABX/ Audio Visual Instruments/ Access Control and CCTV.
Age: Below 25 years.
4. Technical Assistant (Civil) :
Qualification: I Class Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute along with excellent computer related.
Experience: Minimum Two (2) to Three (3) years field experience in handling building maintenance works and Civil/structural works. Should be conversant with tendering procedure, maintenance of work records, preparation of bills etc. Knowledge of works procedure (PWD/CPWD/MES) will be an added qualification.
5. Technical Assistant (Interior Works):
Qualification: I Class Diploma in Interior Designing/Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum Two (2) to Three (3) years experience in Interior Works in a reputed organization, drawing up rough plans, developing detailed designs including scheduling for work / projects, coordinating with other related works and supervising of interior works is essential.
6. Technical Assistant (Electrical):
Qualification: I Class Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute along with excellent computer related.
Experience: Minimum Two (2) to Three (3) years experience in operation and maintenance of HT/LT, S/S. Operation and maintenance of lifts, fire alarm system & Solar lighting system.
Experience: Hands on experience in carrying out trouble shooting of electrical circuits, control wiring, interlocking system.
7. Technical Assistant (Computers):
Qualification: I Class Diploma in Computers from a recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum Two (2) to Three (3) years experience in repair and maintenance of computer hardware i.e desktop, laptop, printers, WI-FI routers etc. & Software installation of Windows & Linux OS etc. Candidate should have knowledge of computer network and architecture, hardware peripherals, Microsoft Certification (MCP) or Linux Desktop Administration certification.
Experience: Candidate with good oral and written communication related in English, interpersonal related and ability to work in team environment is Experience.
Consolidated pay range for all the above positions is Rs. 22,000/- to 27,000/- P.M.
Age: Below 25 years.
