1) Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or Planning from recognized University or its equivalent degree. And
2) Post Graduate Degree in Urban Planning recognized by All India Council for Technical Education.
3) Town Planning or equivalent to the professionally relevant recognized Institute
Age : 33 years for Open Category and 38 years for reserved category ( No age limit for MMRDA employees)
Experience : 1) At least 8 years experience in Urban Planning and Development.
2) 5 years experience as Planner in MMRDA.

Legal Officer 1 posts P.B.III Rs.15600-39100 + G.P.6600/- Graduate in Law (three years course) from recognized University or its equivalent. Preference
may be given who possess the Post Graduate degree in Law.
Age : Not more than 40 years (No age limit for MMRDA employees).
Experience : Possess experience of Administrativecum- Legal work in responsible position in a Solicitor’s firm of repute or in the Legal Department
of State Government or in any Corporation, Company owned or Controlled by Govt. or who is practicing Advocate in City Civil Court & High Court
& have knowledge of drafting or affidavits, deeds, conveyances legislations etc. for period not less than
5 years.
Preference may be given candidates who have worked in property law.
