How to write Job Application Form , What To attach In Which you applied

Self-signed, visible, and clear photocopy of the following certificates and mark sheets shall
have to be attached with the application form:-


i. Matriculation or 10th class (Or higher level level of Qualification of the which post which you applied )Mark-sheet/certificate. (in support of Age).

ii. Marks sheet and passing certificate of Career as photocopy.

iii. Caste and Creamy Layer Certificate issued by competent authority, if reservation benefit
is claimed. Creamy layer certificate must not have been issued more than one year before.
(SC/ST candidates are not required the creamy layer certificate)
iv. Permanent Domicile Certificate if reservation benefit is claimed.

v. Any higher qualification certificate. ( If possessing )
vi. If PHP Candidates, certificate from competent authority,
vii. If land loser/ land displaced person certificate issued from District Magistrate/ Dy.
Commissioner.

Candidates should fill up the application form in his/her own handwriting either in
Hindi or in English with blue or black ball point pen only.

Which type of Photograph to attached--

Photographs: one recent (not earlier than three months from the date of application)
colour photograph of 3.5 cm x 2.5 cm size with clear front view of the candidate without
cap and sun glasses should be pasted on the application form in the space provided.
The candidate should sign in the space provided in the box below the photograph. One
identical extra colour pass port size photograph should be enclosed with the application
indicating candidates name and date of birth on the reverse of the photograph.
Candidates may note that RRC may reject at any stage for pasting old/unclear
photograph on the application or for any significant variations between photograph
pasted on the application and actual physical appearance of the candidate.

Candidates should write his/her Phone with STD code/Mobile No. of application form.

Note--
In the prescribed space (at right bottom) of application, candidate must put his/her
signature in full in running script (NOT CAPITAL) in English and Hindi. Signature of the
applicant must be specific so that it may not be copies easily. Signature in capital letters
or open letters will not be accepted and the application having such type of signature
will be rejected summarily.
