Educational Qualification Required of this Notification—

Library Assistant --B.L.I.Sc and B.Sc with a minimum of 60% marks in both. Experience - Four years' experience in any field

 The person having a post graduate degree in Library Science i.e. M.L.I.Sc etc. shall be given relaxation of one year in experience.

Preference may be given to those candidates having sufficient knowledge of Information Technology including the use of Library Management software and office Automation.

Personal Assistant –- Bachelor’s degree from any recognised University and good command in English language. Speed in English shorthand @120 word per minute and English typing @ 60 word per minute. Knowledge of working in MS-Word, MS-Excel, Latex etc. is desirable.

Experience - 08 years experience out of which at least 05 years
