Technical Field Officer (TFO): BE / B.tech - Mechanical.
Age as on 01.01.2014
Between 21 & 30 years of age. Upper Age Relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.
Experience 2 to 3 years of experience in a Commercial Bank, Financial Institution or a reputed NBFC is desirable.

Post graduates in any discipline from a recognized university preferably in Commerce/MBA Finance with minimum 55% aggregate marks.
Age as on 01.01.2014 Between 26 & 32 years of age.
Experience
Min 3 years of experience in Relationship Banking/Marketing/Credit appraisal in a commercial Bank / Financial Institution or a reputed NBFC. 1 year experience as branch head is desirable.
Selection Process--The company reserves the right to change the selection process depending upon the number of applications received and the requirement. A written test will be administered for the post of Junior Officers and Officers. The test shall comprise of Numerical aptitude (50), Reasoning (50), English and General awareness (50) - total 150 marks. Time :120 Minutes. There will be negative marking for wrong answers. Accordingly, 1/4 of the allotted marks for the question will be deducted for every wrong answer.
The successful candidates in the written test for the post of Junior Officer / Officer will be called for interview by call letter and / or e-mail.
For the post of AVP - the shortlisted candidates will be called for direct interview
Probation: The selected candidates shall be on Probation for a period of 12 months.
