Qualifications:
Candidate should be a President's Scout / Guide / Ranger
/Rover.
A Pre-HWB trained Scout Leader/Advanced Trained
Guide/Leader/Captain.
Age Limit --18 - 30 Years As on 01/01/2014.
Age Relaxation as per gov rules.
Examination Fee: Rs.40/- for UR and OBC candidates
No fees for SC/ST and other candidates as government recognized.
Application submit as an Indian Postal Order (IPO).
