Total Vacancies--44 (SC 09, ST 05, OBC 12, General 18)
Total 44 The contract is extendable upto eight years, on a year to year basis.
Remuneration :: Rs.55,000/- for General Duty Doctor and Rs.65,000/- for Specialist Doctors per month fixed, if Govt. accommodation is not provided. If Railway accommodation is provided an amount equivalent to the sum of House Rent Allowance and License Fee of the accommodation provided will be deducted.
Age for other than Retired Railway doctors:- Candidates should not have completed more than 50 years of age as on 01.01.2014. However, age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates is admissible.
Age Limit: Below 50 years. Relaxation in age as per the Govt. rules and regulations.
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree / BDS/ Diploma / MBBSa/ MS degrees from a recognized university.
