अभ्यर्थियों को आन-लाइन आवेदन करने के उपरान्त आन-लाइन आवेदन के प्रिन्ट आउट के साथ आवेदित पद के सापेक्ष आन-लाइन अभिलेखों की स्व-प्रमाणित छाया प्रतियाँ संलग्न कर आवेदन करने की अन्तिम तिथि के पश्चात 21 दिन के भीतर (दिनांक 12-12-2013 सायं 5:00 बजे तक) पंजीकृत डाक/स्पीड पोस्ट से अथवा स्वयं आयोग कार्यालय में जमा करना करना होगा।
इसके लिए पते की पर्ची आयोग की वेबसाइट से डाउनलोड कर अभिलेख प्रेषित करने वाले लिफाफे पर चस्पा कर आयोग कार्यालय को प्रेषित करना होगा। अन्यथा आन-लाइन आवेदन को स्वीकार नहीं किया जायेगा।
