post of District Judge, in the Judicial Service of the State of Maharashtra

Age Limit--35 to 48 Years as on 19/11/2013
Qualification & Experience: Degree in Law.
Experience Mandatry--Practicing as an Advocate in the High
Court or Courts subordinate thereto for not less than seven years .
(OR) Must be working or must have worked as Public
Prosecutor or Government Advocate for not less than 7 years in the post or
posts as on 19/11/2013. In computing the period of 7 years, the period during
which the candidate has worked as an Advocate shall also be included.
Pay Scale: Rs.51550-1230-58930-1380-63070 + other allowance.
Language:
Knowledge of Marathi , English Knowledge Mandatry.
Application Fee: Rs.1,000/- for General Category candidates
and Rs.500/- for Backward Class candidates should be paid in the form of demand
draft payable at par at Bombay and be sent by Registered Post A.D. in favour of
