ICICI Bank has invited applications for their Probationary
Officer Program, which includes 1 year mandatory training at ICICI Manipal
Academy, Bangalore.
Qualification :
Graduation with 55% (Aggregate)
marks in any discipline Up to 25 years.
Only short-listed applicants will be invited for the
selection process.
Selection Process : The selection process for Probationary
Officer will consists of
Online Aptitude test
Online Psychometric Assessment
Group Discussion (GD)
Personal Interview
It is two phase programmes which require a candidate to get
trained in its institute in Manipal for 7 months and field training of 5 months
in branch of ICICI in India.
And Phase two is an optional programme for the period of
18-30 months.
*The GD and the PI (only for applicants who successfully
clear the GD) will be concluded on the same day.

Probationary Officers who successfully complete the Probationary Officer Training Programme will join at the grade of Assistant Manager (Band l).
They will be placed in areas like Trade Finance & CMS,Branch & Relationship Management,Private Banking & Wealth Management,Rural and Inclusive Banking,Any other Profile as decided by ICICI Bank.
