REPCO Home Finance Limited (RHFL) Bangalore Branch invites application for the post of Graduate Trainees on retainer basis for One year contract period.

Profile: To Head the Branch in all areas of branch work especially business
development

Pay & Perquisites:
CTC starting from Rs.6.00 lakhs per annum (fixed + variable).
Age not exceeding 28 years as on 01-08-2014 (relaxation can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience).

ELIGIBILITY:
Age: Preferably not exceeding 25 years as on 01-08-2014, (maximum
relaxation for 5 years with commensurate relevant experience).
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with 50% marks – in (10+2+3) format through regular classroom course from a UGC recognized University under regular course (not part time / correspondence). Graduates from Open University will not be considered.

SALARY: Starting Gross Pay Rs. 16,000/- (approx) per month plus other benefits as per Company Policy. Higher salary can be considered based on prior
experience/performance in the recruitment process at the discretion of the management.
Probation: 1 year.

Qualification: Any Graduation, preferably B Com, in 10+2+3 format through regular classroom course from a UGC recognized university. 
Graduates from Open University will not be considered. 
Preference will be given for relevant prior experience in recovery. 

Fluency in Kannada besides English is a must.
