Educational Qualification:

experience in Card Payments
Experience:
Minimum post-qualification experience of 5-7 years in
relevant area, out which minimum 4 years should be in Card Payments
Key Responsibilities:
Detailed Knowledge
of end to end Card payment clearing and Settlement, reconciliation Processes
including single message / Dual Message Systems, Message Codes & knowledge
of online / Offline Authorization parameters.
Knowledge of
StandIn Processing tests and parameter setup.
Detailed knowledge
of Factors influencing Interchange Fee Calculation & Interchange fee
processing structure of other networks.

Qualification / Experience:
Master’s degree,
preferably a Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary / MBA from tier 1 or tier
2 B-School with preferably an additional qualification in law or allied
background. ACAMS – Association for Certified Anti-money Laundering
Specialist’s certification is an added advantage.
10-12 years of
relevant experience in regulatory compliance / AML compliance preferably in
BFSI industry. Specific experience, understanding the regulatory requirements
applicable to the payment system landscape in India and strong working
knowledge of banking laws and regulations.
