Qualification: Ms. (General Surgery) Degree recognized by MCI for Dept. No.1, M.D. (Hospital Administration) or Master in Hospital Administration recognized by MCI or M.D (Community Health Administration) or its equivalent Degree.

Selection Process: Interview.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs. 200/- in the form of bank draft in favour of Director, SGPGIMS, Academic Account payable at state Bank of India, SGPGIMS Branch, Lucknow.
