1. POST: GENERAL MANAGER/ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (R&D)
Eligibility:
A) Qualifications & Experience: Candidate should have First class Master
degree & Ph.D. in relevant discipline from recognized University/Institute of repute
with good academic record. He should possess over 16 years Post Doctoral
experience at senior level of Management in an organization of repute.
B) Age: Maximum age limit is 50 years as on 01-05-2014.
C) Pay Scale: Rs.43200 - 3% - 66000/-
D) Officers under the Central Govt. or State Govt. or Union Territories or
Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Bodies or Public Sector Undertaking working
in pay scales of Rs. 36600-62000/- (IDA) or Rs.37400-67000/- (GP
Rs.8700/-) (CDA) or equivalent with relevant experience may also be
considered on deputation basis
Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy Layer). It is relaxed to 10 years for PwD-General, 13 years for PwD-OBC and 15 years for PwD-SC/ST candidates.
Selection Process: Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)-2014.
Based on the GATE-2014 marks and requirement, candidates will be shortlisted at 1st stage. Shortlisted candidates called for Group Discussion/Personal Interview.
Application Fee: Rs. 250/- Demand Draft drawn in favour of Central Electronics Limited payable at Ghaziabad/New Delhi is to be enclosed. Candidates are advised to write their name, GATE-2014 Registration Number and post applied on the reverse side of the bank draft.
