SSC Stenographer Vacancy Notification 2014
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) issued notification for Stenographers (Grade C & D) Examination, 2014-2014 SSC Stenographer Vacancy Notification to be published in the Employment News / Rozgar Samachar dated 28th September 2014.
SSC will hold a Combined All India Open Examination for recruitment to the posts of Stenographer Grade 'C' and Grade 'D' for eligible candidates, who passed 12th Standard or equivalent
Qualification: 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognised Board or University.
Age Limit--18-27 years as on 01.08.2014 (Age relaxation as per Govt. Rules)
Vacancies: Firm number of vacancies will be determined in due course. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/ExS/PH/ etc. categories is available as per extant Govt. Orders. Vacancies of Stenographer Grade 'C' are in Ministries/Departments of Central Government, located mostly in Delhi.'
Application Fee: Rs.100/- payable through CRF Stamps for off-line application or SBI Challan or on line payment through SBI in the case of on-line application.
No fee for SC/ST/PWD/Exs Category Candidates.
Selection Process: Written Examination (Objective Type)
Shortlisted candidates from written exam, called for Skill Test In Stenography.
General Intelligence & Reasoning-50 Marks,
General Awareness-50 Marks,
English Language -Comprehension-100 Marks.
