Adding spice to the mid-range smartphone segment, Sony has
launched the Xperia M in India at a price of Rs 13,990.
Xperia M is a new mid-range offering with a 4-inch (854 x
480 pixels) display, powered by a 1Ghz dual core Qualcomm processor.
Other specifications include 1GB RAM, 4GB storage, microSD
slot and a 1,750mAh battery.
It features a 5MP rear camera that can record video in 720p
HD resolution along with a front VGA camera.
Sony claims that the user can play music on Xperia NFC phone
through a wireless NFC-enabled Sony Bluetooth speaker. "Just tap the back
of your Xperia M against the speaker's NFC antenna and the music is played out
loud," says Sony.
It also has 3G support, WiFi connectivity and FM Radio.
