Age Limit: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Relaxation in Upper Age Limit
(i) AGE AS ON 30.06.2014: Maximum 30 years for Scale I
(ii) AGE AS ON 30.06.2014: Maximum 40 years for Scale II
Assistant Manager-Scale I
A graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce/Law/Management/Engineering etc., with 60% marks. Degree obtained from Open University without following the regular stream(10 +2,) is not recognised for recruitment to any cadre.
Manager- Scale II
A graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce/Law/Management/Engineering etc., from university recognized by UGC and ACA Degree obtained from Open University without following the regular stream(10 +2) is not recognised for recruitment to any cadre.
Assistant Manager Scale I
Minimum of 2 years work experience in Treasury operations in reputed organization and proficient in overall Management of Treasury Operations and possess
knowledge in areas such as Fixed Income (Govt. Securities, Treasury Bills, Bonds& Debentures), Equities, Mutual funds, etc and capable of prudent Funds Management.
Manager- Scale II
Minimum of 1 year work experience in reputed organization after
completing final examination of ICAI exposure to Accounts, Statutory audit, Internal audit, Process audit& Tax audit, Service Tax, VAT, etc...Preferably in financial sector
Educational Qualifications:
Any 3 year regular Graduation with 50% marks after10+2.
Experience: Preference for candidates having experience in home loan operations/retail/ sales/credit etc. Fluency in English& local language (Tamil or Kannada). Candidates having two-wheeler with driver license will be preferred.
Salary:
1.Assistant Manager-Scale I Rs. 14,500 to 25,700/-
2.Manager- Scale II Rs. 19400 to 28,100/-
Selection Procedure--There will a separate process consisting of Group activity /Interview for recruitment of the above posts. Selection will be made on the basis of performance in the Process.
Probation Period:
Assistant Manager- Scale I - 24 months.
Manager- Scale II - 12 months
