Engineer Jobs in Bharat Electronics Qualification: Graduate Degree and First class in MSW/MBA (2 years fulltime with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / First class in Postgraduate Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognised University / Institute.

Age Limit: Maximum 25 years on 01.06.2014. Relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD.

Method of Selection: For the post of Officer (HR), relevant post qualification experience of 1-2 years is desirable. For the post of Assistant Manager (HR), relevant post qualification experience of 3 years is essential Candidates found Eligible will be called for written test (objective type) followed by interview. Candidates needs to bring original certificates, photocopies of them and recent passport size colour photograph, on the written test / interview day.
