Malwa Gramin Bank Candidates for the post of Officer Scale-I and Office Assistant for filling up 27 vacancies.
Officer Scale-I 16 (SC-02, ST-02, OBC-04, General-08)
Office Assistant as Multipurpose 30 (SC-08, OBC-03, General-19)
Who can apply -
Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent of a recognised University in any discipline with proficiency in local language i.e. Punjabi and having knowledge of Computer skills.
Age Limit: Age of the candidates should be in between of 18 to 28 years as on 01-06-2012. Relaxation in upper age will be applied as per the rules.
PROBATION PERIOD:
FOR POST OFFICER SCALE-I
Selected candidates, if certified fit medically; will be appointed as Officer in respective scale, on probation for two years, which shall be extendable by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding one year. The Bank reserves the right to terminate service of the candidate if found unsuitable at any time during probationary period or the extended probationary period without any notice or assigning any reason thereof.
FOR POST OFFICE ASSISTANT (Multipurpose):
Selected candidates, if certified fit medically; will be appointed as Office Assistant, on probation for one year, which shall be extendable by the Appointing Authority for a period not exceeding six months. The Bank reserves the right to terminate service of the candidate if found unsuitable at any time during probationary period or the extended probationary period without any notice or assigning any reason thereof.
Selection Procedure: Selection will be made on the basis of performance in RRBs- Common Written Examination (CWE) conducted by IBPS in September 2012 and Personal Interview.

Office Assistant-Rs. 13,700/-
Application Fee: Candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs. 100/- (General/ OBC) and Rs. 20/- (SC/ST/PWD) in the form of Challan.
Challan can be obtained from the Official Website and can be deposited either in Malwa Gramin Bank or State Bank of Patiala.
