CSIR UGC NET Exam 2014 Notification

The Joint CSIR-UGC NET is mainly held for Junior Research Fellowship and Eligibility for Lectureships. 

The Test will be held in the subjects as given under:SUBJECTS OF THE TEST

1. Chemical Sciences

2. Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences

3. Life Sciences

4. Mathematical Sciences

5. Physical Sciences

6. Engineering Sciences

For JRF (NET): Maximum age limit is 28 years. 5 years of relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ST/OBC/Physically Challenged and female candidates.

For LS (NET): No Upper age limit

Application fees

General candidates: Rs 400/-

Other Backward Classes: Rs 200/-

SC/ST/Physically handicapped or visually Handicapped: Rs 100/-
