2.  Project Manager (Project System Analyst): (Pay Scale: 16000-1600-32000 )
 Number of Post: 02 (Two).
 Essential Qualifications: MCA + 5 years experience in programming

3.  Project Manager : ( Pay Scale: 16000-1600-32000 )
 Number of Post: 02 (Two).
 Essential Qualifications: MA/MBA + 5 years experience in ID Card/Schol Processing and accounting practices.

4. Assistant Project Manager (Project Programmer) : ( Pay Scale: 11000-1100-22000 )
 Number of Post: 03 (Three).
 Essential Qualifications: B. Tech./MCA + 3 years experience in programming

Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs.4600/-
Educational Requirements: M.Sc. in appropriate field/ B.Tech/ B.E. or B.Sc. in appropriate field OR Diploma in Engineering in appropriate field from respective State Board with 5 years relevant experience of supervisory post in the Pay Band-2 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- or equivalent in Govt. Dept./autonomous body/ Private Sector Organization of repute.

Experience Requirements: 

Should have computer literacy and experience of working in a computer environment.
