Advertisement for Positions in DST-sponsored Project
Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Research Associate (RA)
and Project Assistant in the DST sponsored project entitled, “Characterization of Silicon Sheets
prepared by Capillary Action Shaping Technique (CAST) for Solar Cell Applications”
(A) Junior Research Fellow (1 Position)
Qualification: M.Sc/M.Tech/B.Tech (Physics/Material Science/Applied
Physics/Engineering Physics/Electronics) with minimum 55% marks.
Desirable: Experience in operating crystal growing systems to prepare sheets of
Silicon and alkali halides.
Duration: One Year
Emoluments: As per DST guidelines
(B) Research Associate (1 Position)
Qualification: Ph.D in Physics with good academic record
Essential: Hands on experience in Crystal growth in the form of sheet and other
shapes and characterization experimentation
Duration: One Year
Emoluments: As per DST guidelines

Qualification: Candidates must possess Ph.D/ Master Degree/ Graduation from a recognized University/Institute/Colleges with the relevant experience. For more details see the official notification which given below on this notification.
