Age Limit: Candidates age limit is 18-23 years as on 01-08-2013. 

Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Matriculation pass or equivalent examination with an ITI Diploma Certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle & Transport Vehicle driving license with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Applicants will be selected on the basis of Physical Efficiency/Standards Test, written test, Trade Test, Medical Examination.

Application Fee: For General & OBC Candidates (Male) Rs.50/- in the form of crossed IPO/ DD/ Banker’s Cheque drawn in favor of the Deputy Inspector General of Police of concerned application receiving center (mentioned in the advertizement) payable/ encashable at Bank/ Post Office where the application receiving centre is situated. No fee for SC/ST Males , Female candidates and Ex-Servicemen candidates of any category.
