Delhi a Miniratna Category 1, Central Public Functioning as a corporate entity with effect from 13th January, 2006 with the objective of printing currency and bank notes invites applications for filing up the following post of Supervisor at S-1 level (Design).

3. Scale of Pay :IDA Scale - Rs.12300 - 25400/-.
4. Educationa Qualifications :
First Class Degree/Diploma in Commercial art / Fine Arts from a recognized Board/Institution with 3 year experience in Computer Graphics / Design or
First Class Degree in Commercial art / Fine Arts from a recognized Board/Institution with 1 year experience in Computer Graphics / Design
Date of test : Eligible candidates will be called for test.
The application should be accompanied with attested copies of certificates in support of educational qualification and experience. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC should furnish the attested copy of the certificate issued by the competent authority to that effect. OBC(Non-creamy layer) candidates are also required to submit a self undertaking to that effect.
Payment
Selected candidates will be placed in IDA pay scale of Rs.12300-25400/- at S-1 level (Non-unionized category) and required to work in all the three shifts as per prevailing Factories Act/Rules. They may be transferred to any of the Units of SPMCIL or offices anywhere in the country depending on the need/work requirement. Other benefits like Provident Fund, Medical etc. are admissible as per SPMCIL Rules.
Selection--
The selection of candidates will be done through Written Test and Interview. Mere fulfillment of qualification and Eligibility criteria shall not entail the candidate to be called for written test and interview.
Management reserves the right to fill up all the posts or alter the number of posts or even to cancel the whole process of recruitment without assigning any reasons thereof arising out of administrative exigencies.
Aspirants Fees--
A non-refundable Bank Demand Draft for Rs.200/- drawn in favour of The General Manager, Currency Note Press, (A Unit of SPMCIL) Nasik Road payable at Nasik is to be enclosed. Candidates are advised to write their name and other details on the reverse side of the DD. No application fee need to be paid by the candidates belonging to SC/ST.

The outer cover should be superscribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF - SUPERVISOR(DESIGN)”.
