Dena Bank has published the list of candidates selected through IBPS Clerk 2012 for appointment to the post of Clerk, subject to further verification of documents/testimonials etc, in original, for which
Offer of Appointment is in the process of being despatched to the individual candidate.

Candidates are advised to report to the respective Authority at the address mentioned against their Roll No. for completion of pre-recruitment formalities and joining from 1st June, 2013 to 17th June, 2013 (excluding Sunday and Holiday).

In case any candidate does not receive the Offer of Appointment by 31.05.2013,CANDIDATES may report to the concerned Authority for pre-recruitment formalities and joining on any day from 1st June to
17th June, 2013 along with the following documents in original

i. Copy of IBPS Application with three latest passport size photographs.
ii. Proof of date of birth (Birth certificate, SSC/ Matric certificate showing date of birth)

iii. Certificates in support of your educational qualifications from SSC / Matric onwards (including degree / post graduation / technical and professional qualifications) along with mark sheets for each
year / semester.

v. Caste / community certificate issued by the competent authority in the format prescribed by Govt. of India, in case you belong to SC / ST / OBC category.
vi. Candidates belonging to category should submit the latest certificate , creamy layer” clause.
vii. Computer literacy certificateS
viii. Medical certificate from the medical board at the district level in case you belong to physically challenged category
ix. Relieving order from your present employer, if employed.
x. In case of Ex-Servicemen candidate, discharge certificate/relieving letter issued by Defence Authority.Copy of Offer of Appointment will be provided to you at the time of Reporting for your reference and acceptance.
