SAIL Bokaro Steel Plant Recruitment 2014: The Steel Authority of India (SAIL), Bokaro Steel Plant invites application form from dedicated candidates.
The recruitment is going to be conducted to place the candidates on 50 Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee Posts.
The candidates must be completed 10th.
All India Trade Test conducted by NCVT, Govt. of India after finishing the specific time of training as Trade Apprentices in an integrated steel plant.
Age Limit: The candidates should not be 28 years. The age relaxation will be given according to the Govt. Rules.
6 steps to Apply for SAIL Bokaro Steel Plant Recruitment 2014:
1. The eligible candidates have to visit the Official Site http://sail.shine.com/jobs/110/
2. Now select the link “Apply Now”.
3. Now fill the application form with relevant details, upload a passport size photograph, signature, AITT passed certificate.
4. Now fill the all details of fee through Pay-in-slip.
5. Now press the submit button.
6. Then the system will generate a registration slip which will be appeared on the screen of your computer.
7. Download the system generated Pay-in-Slip/ Registration Slip for future use.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
Eligible candidates will be required to appear in Written Examination. On the basis of their
performance in the Written Examination they will be called for Interview. Information for Written
test and Interview will be provided on our website at www.sail.co.in.
TRAINING & PROBATION:
Candidates selected as Operator-cum-Technician Trainee will be placed on training for a period of 2
Years which may be extended by another two years as per requirement. On successful completion
of training period, they shall be regularized as Operator-cum-Technician in S-3 Grade. After
successful completion of Training, Candidates shall be placed under probation for 1 year

online through the payment gateway made available. Transaction charges for online payment, if
any, will be borne by the candidates.On successful completion of the transaction, Registration Slip with Unique
Transaction Number and Application Number will be generated, which may be printed for
record. If the online transaction is not successfully completed, candidates will be required to
register again and make online payment.
