Engagement of One Office Assistant cum Computer Operator& One Driver at Head Office of the Society/ Trust in Mumbai on Annual Contract basis for theyear2014-15
Office Assistant cum computer operator Below 35 years with sound health.
Essential:
Shall be a Graduate viz. BA/B.Cometc with knowledge of working onComputer.
Desirable:
Proficiency in drafting,Knowledge in basic accounting & book keeping, data compilation, typing letters, tabular/ graphic/ PPT preparation
Driver Below 35 years with sound health.
Essential:
Minimum 7thclass pass with valid Driving license.
Elementary knowledge of Reading & Speaking in Hindi& Local language essential. Minimum 5 year Driving experience, should be resident of Mumbai or its suburb.
CONTRACT AMOUNT:
In case of Office Assistant cum Computer operator
The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.12,000/- per month. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.
In case of Driver
The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.9,500/- per month. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.
.JOB PROFILE:
For Office Assistant Cum computer Operator:
a. Maintaining Accounts, Vouchers, Books/Registers
b. Compilation and updating data, letter typing, preparation of tables/ graphs/ PPT etc., for Presentation.
c. Periodical reports, follow up and similar other activities
For Driver:
a. Driving vehicle of the Society/ Trust
b. Keeping/ maintaining Vehicle in good condition.
c. Assist as Sub staff in Head office of the Society/ Trust as when not engaged in the work of driving of the vehicle.
