Quality---Bachelors of Business Administration(BBA) OR Graduate in any discipline with Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations /Labour Law and Labour Welfare / BSW /B.A (Social Work) /B.A (Sociology)’ from recognized University /Institute. The candidate should possess minimum 2 Years Post qualification relevant work experience in HR function. 

 Job Title : Assistant Superintendent (Finance)
Grade Name : S1Pay Scale : 9000-3%-23300
The applicant should possess a minimum qualification of Intermediate examination from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India. The candidate should possess minimum 2 Years Post qualification relevant work experience in Finance function.
Age limit: Candidates should possess maximum age limit should not exceed 36 years for Manager , upper age limit should not exceed 39 years for Sr. Manager  post, upper age limit is 42 years for Sr. Manager post, upper age limit is 36 years for Manager post,, upper age limit is 45 years for  Manager post.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in interview.
