Name of the post: BSF Workshop Head Constable/Inspector

Age Limit: Candidate’s age should be below 18 years & above 30 years as on 28-02-2013 for SC & ST candidates & not above 28 years for OBC candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Matriculation or equivalent with 2 years ITI certificate or Electronics or Intermediate/10+2 with Maths, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized Institution.

Application Fee:

Candidates need to pay the fee of Rs.50/- only for OBC candidates as exam fee in the form of IPO/ Bank Draft drawn in favour of the Inspector General/ DIG/ Comdt to whom the application is addressed payable at respective SBI/ Post office. No fee for SC/ ST candidates.


Selection Process: Selection of the candidates will be done in two phases. In the first phase written Test and in the second phase Preliminary screening Test, PET, Dictation test, Verification of original documents, Personal Interview & Medical Exam.
